After two years still problems in the organisation  13th floor  Still lack of hca patient passed urine in bed as they took so long to come Did not get patient water Difficult to impossible to contact doctors to get patient updates Impossible to get 2 24 hour passes for a 24 hr attendant and their relative.  Difficult process to get food for relative in the room. I figured out why it takes so long for the nurses to attendant to the bell and goto the patient's room. 1 no nurse supervisor at desk  2 one nurse allocated to each room.nurses who are free and not allocated to the bed will ignore the beeping noise

This was a mystery Nurse did not know  Dietician did not know said dial 00046 (wrong) You need to goto the admission counter in front of the blue elevator and  1 take a coupon - admission inquiry  2 when it's your turn ask for relative food package form.fill form.order cannot be cancelled till discharge  3 take the signed and stamped form to the man in the white shirt with moustache in the restaurant behind the admission counter. Done  Approx 418 per day
