Everyone at the admission counter is telling patients no bed available today  Emergency guard was very nice and gave me a bag for the patients clothes Patient relatives waiting room has not changed since last year.no proper allocation of beds for patients relatives. Still feeling like a train bunk bed.  What I'm noticing that lots of groups in the ICU waiting room.this means they are Bypassing security by waiting on the x floor and after 10 pm coming and sleeping in the ICU waiting room Lots of people at the end of the ICU waiting room on the 10th floor seen without a red 24 hr pass blocking the space of other patients.it is impossible to find out the bed allocated lots of white paper with red felt indicating the number  No one do doctors or nurses in the ICU wear masks. Maybe they know something we don't? Or are more vaxxed?  There is no way to contact the nurses desk on the 10th floor ICU from outside.you have to contact the operator and in exceptional circumstances she will

Had gone to the general opd. Even with an appointment people just walk in before you.they open the doctos cabin.say hi and the get in out of turn without an appointment.  Suggestion  There needs to be digital numbers outside each cabin and each patient needs to have a token number.just like kokilaben has at the billing counter 

They send you to the 5th floor to do the payment earlier they used to do it on the ground floor. Only one staff and super slow software.takes hours to get any work done.
