opd experience at kokilaben

Had gone to the general opd. Even with an appointment people just walk in before you.they open the doctos cabin.say hi and the get in out of turn without an appointment. 

Suggestion 

There needs to be digital numbers outside each cabin and each patient needs to have a token number.just like kokilaben has at the billing counter
