excruciating 6 hours of Hospital discharge

started pursing the matter with them from 9am and finally had mom in the ambulance at 3:20pm... all the praise i had for the hospital care and staff and convenience went out through the window.They couldnt even collate the OT expenses after 6days (from Monday to Saturday) and after telling 15mins-30mins they took 4hours to put that info together. The another 45mins to an hour to clarify the details, which involved going from 5th floor to ground floor (accounts to IPD) several times... And in all this the patient gets restless. Incidentally, all three patients were in the room were ALL attempting to get a discharge, so flared tempers, name throwing, frustration was writ on all the patients, their family members and the staff too i guess... It felt almost like we were trying to escape from some high security prison... What a horrid experience..
