The receptionist from hell

Getting an appointment in Mumbai is difficult. But with a sarkari type receptionist .you can run around in circles for days

Dear Dr S*** I have unable to get an appointment after calling up four times on four different days .called at 12  you assistant said he was out call at 5.i told he if i call at 5 you maybe busy.he assured he will not be .called at 11.30 and again today at 5 where the assistant says call later?please advise how to book an appointment. Thank you

Dear Doctor as you heard your assistant is setting incorrect expectations .ie asking patients to call at 5 pm says it is OK to call at 5.then gives the reply he gave today .would be nice to know the ideal time to call to book appointments in the future. So as to avoid this inconvience to us both .Thank you
