Flawed diagnostics at big Andheri hospital

So a patient had swelling on the right LHC before passing gas.
Went to dr l p surgeon laparoscopy robotic surgery.

He was there with his intern a young lady who did all the typing and testing.

Patient dr I have a swelling on the left side.
Lady intern. Does not check the whole abdomen .just one spot near the ribs.patient winched.dr l p asks patient to do a CT scan and come back.

This makes me wonder what is doctor l p specialty .also do medical college in 2016 ask interns to check the patient thoroughly?

When to a GP MD who is practicing for 20 years .she gave some medicine and the patient got saved from undue stress (dr j p can't help it you have to do the CT) and radiation
