Hospital is a little understaffed If you go there by ambulance they take you directly to the ICU as there is no separate emergency ward. You will be unable to leave or be admitted to a room unless the receptionist gets a go ahead from the treating doctor. So if you do no have a treating doctor you will not be able to be shifted even if it is a minor fracture not requiring icu care. The "doctors " in the icu are not the best as the doctor wrote incorrect xray test and luckily the xray technician phoned the doctor who gave the right tests to be done. Billing is not a good experience. Due to understaffed and no place to sit you need to bend and talk through the a small window. Insurance guy at billing is terribly inefficient. Not much customer service. Lifts are confusing not all lifts reach all floors. First floor only lift 3 goes .other lifts are confusing.
