kokilaben hospital hospitalisation experience

So at 8pm needed to admit senior citizens. Could not find the ambani hospital emergency number. Also has their old number. The kokilaben site contact us page is so bad it was impossible to find the number via my mobile. The called their appointment number. Press 2 for accident or emergency it cut offf!!!!

Luckily patient could just about walk. Took patient via ola there. Emergency doctors are good and efficient. But you need to know which doctors are in the hospital or the procedure may take longer. 
Now a weird thing is if you are there at 9 pm you cannot get the room or pay for the room till 11 pm!!! I don't know why!!! 
You need to have enough funds to pay the advance amout if minimum 50000.

Kokilaben hospital lacks the relationshipship manager I got at nanavati. Where the relationship manager kept in touch with the patient and relative via whatsApp phone and also satifaction surveys. 

Each floor has a different dietician and some don't seem to understand the patients requirements. 

Dietician :- patient does not prefer chappati ?
Me :- no she has gluten intolerance and celiac disease

Dietician :- she does not like rice? Khichidi? Why she eating cheese sandwich? 
Me : diverticulitis etc etc

They need to check the patients diet database before asking questions 

There is no communication between the Junior doctors and the patient. No idea what they are doing as there is zero updates from the Junior and senior doctors. Antibiotics iv is on but no idea till when or anything else

The iv needle is too long and causing constant blocks and inflammation

If you say no to the doctor ,the doctor will say that the patient refused the doctors advice. 
Days 3 the doctor's assistant asks the patient what are the other medications you are taking. The mains doctors junior doctor are the ones who do a thorough checkup and answer the patients queries. Not the main doctor under whom the patient is admitted. 

The nurses start the IV drip but forget to come to remove it once it's done. So the patient has to be alert and call the nurse but the nurse never respond quickly/or very late to the pressing of red 🔴 button on the bed. The patients relative need to physically go and find a nurse to stop the drip

Big line at the billing department.the security guard needed to write names manually on a paper. Kokilaban Billing department needs a automatic token system. February 2021

Udhi card creating maching only available on the first floor ,OPD registration desk.card machine not working will take another 20 days to work!!!
After discharge we still don't know the junior doctors names .so that means they do not introduce themselves.
