terrible experience with the cowin app

So I registered my mom for the vaccination on the cowin app after a lot of difficulty
She took the vaccination at cooper hospital on the 14th of April 2021.

But the app still showed unregistered.
June 2021 I send a mail to the cowin support team with all the details.no reply!!!

Then I phoned 1075 .pressed no 3 option .very difficult to understand the options as the ivr does not give a choice of language. The lady got irate as I could not understand what she said the first time and asked her to repeat (nothing has changed in government call center in the past 20 years).
So she told me to call the technical team and gave me a delhi number 01204473222 .this number is worse than the 1075 as it does not even have an iver.it only has music which does not tell the user when the call will ever be picked up.

Went to kokilaben hospital and they refused the second dose without the certificate of the first dose
Be careful of government hospitals and see you get a sms after taking the vaccination immediately after taking the vaccination.do not leave the hospital till they update the cowin App.
This is what cooper hospital gave a senior citizens and this is not the way to give it.be careful.
