First I called Suburban diagnostic call center. They made me feel they did not have the service .they asked me to mail the prescription.and they said it's handled by a different department so they did not even know the cost.
Prescription is mandatory to be email to Suburban diagnostic before they can send a technician.cosy of xray at home 2500
