kokilaben hospital visit

Visited the hospital after some time. Not much crowd at the ground floor for the lift.
Lift still has a long wait as it goes from 8th to 2nd to 12th not reaching the ground floor.

2 floor billing has a new token machine by optics . Nice clean fast interface.sadly the screen at the billing counter is not working so the token corresponding to the counter number cannot be seen but the respresentative were calling fast efficient and accurately 

First floor billing had 2 out of 4 booth manned wait was about 15 minutes.their screen showing the tokens were working
