chest pain related to prostitis and pelvic pain

Started getting chest pain
Did ECG normal
Then the pelvic pain increased
Could not sleep on my side
Felt it was the hernia surgery done in 2014
Took antibiotics and the chest pain disappeared?

I can't understand the logic but just sharing my experience
