reason it takes so long to get a hospital bed at kokilaben hospital

Was in the emergency room from 10 am to 3 pm. And could not understand why it took so long.

Today the discharge typing the discharge,getting it authorised by the dr is taking more than 3 hours.so this hold up the hospital bed admission?

Final 11 am to 2.30 pm wait to get discharged. 3.5 hours after the doctor discharged the patient at 9.30 am !!
