anal fissure and urinary infection and blood pressure

Can an anal fissure cause blood pressure rise ,urinary infection, prostrate pain ,piles inflammation? Yes I will post test results later

after applying ano metrogyl on the fissure.the urine culture showed no growth! 

Also the anal fissure inflamed the small intestine .
