1. Dizziness
2. Headache
3. Somnolence
4. Electrocardiogram QT prolonged

Certain medications can also cause QT prolongation, including some belonging to the following groups:

antibiotics
antifungals
diuretics
antidepressants
antipsychotics
antiarrhythmics

Other Diagnostic Factors:
Additional factors that can support a diagnosis of LQTS include:
Dizziness, angina, fatigue, oliguria, muscle weakness, tetany, numbness, Chvostek's sign, Trousseau's sign, cold extremities, hypotension, and confusion.
