bad diagnosis by ent doctor ?

I had shooting pain in my ear. Had a low cost otoscope . Took a photo and asked ai to interpret.

ai said I needed to see a doctor.

Doctor 1 at kokilaben said this is due to TMJ ( after pressing the jaw and I said it pained a lot) she prescribed myospaz and said see her in a week.

Went to doctor 2 in Santacruz who said it's som serous otitis media and to do an audio metry and impedance test and then come back .may have to drain the fluid. Doctor said the pain in the jaw was referred pain due to som.

How come there is so much of a difference in diagnosis?

I see an ai doctor in the future a bot with audiometry , impedance sensor ,fiber optic sensor.mri sensor ,ultra sound sensor.which diagnosis and has tools drain the fluid . I see other speciLised robots for other medical specialists.i see the skin specialist ai robot doctors coming first.
