Then she says the "technician" will call you in 30 minutes.
10 am call again. Another person on the line . clueless on what my interaction was with the previous rep.
Again i told her about the technical.
she says technician will come between 3-4 pm and that i can till the technician what all i need done.
3.30 pm call again tell the rep no technician has called.
rep says he has talked to the head of the technician and they will come by 4pm
4.15 technician calls to find out my exact address.
cost comes to 5600 . reps portable swipe machine does not work. have to stress how to find cash to pay as suburbandiagnostics.com/blood-test-at-home/ does not have an online payment system.
imagine these guys have got so much funding but still do not have online payment
