mild covid case report

this is a non medical patient report

Patient 75+

patient had herpes zoster on the face 1 week prior to this .

The first thing is the forceful sneeze in people around the patient.

The bone chilling chills felts by everyone in the household .

temp 98.1 /O2 93% / pulse 58

started antibiotic augmentin 625

no cough ,no temperature  (this makes me wonder if temp checks at airport and other outlets really help??)

Day 3 - Covid test performed

Temp 98.1 O2 98% pulse 75

Day 7

O2 99% temp 98.1 pulse 70

Tremors subsided to normal level .

Patient still sneezing

the best way for detection is a combination of pules and O2 % not temperature

Patient has been in home isolation since march 2020 , Patient consumes frozen meat, lots of proteins egg, fish, chicken . patient is over weight ,high cholesterol , no other co-morbidity , no physical activity, high computer usage ((long hours of sitting)

D-dimer is a fibrin degradation product, a small protein fragment present in the blood after a blood clot is degraded by fibrinolysis. It is so named because it contains two D fragments of the fibrin protein joined by a cross-link. D-dimer concentration may be determined by a blood test to help diagnose thrombosis.

With all household members wearing masks since march 2020 ,i feel the frozen meat vector could be one of the causes along with exposure to a common tap.

The reason for the high death rates in the us

my non medical evaluation

1) Not getting the critical antibiotics by day 3 . It is a virus but the antibiotics stopped the chest flare up .

2) Immunity+age+vit d levels but they still would not feel the long tail of covid if they got the critical antibiotics by day 3 ( long term effects of high 1) D Dimer and 2)High leukocytes should be studied)
