Team manager on the 13th floor is good.they take complaintes and suggestions and made the service better.
Sadly the HCA(patient daiper cleaning personel) manager is only accessible via the nurse team manager .hcanis the only service which is painfully understaffed and the time to respond for help is still too slow they take a minimum 20 minutes after the nurse and patient relatives go to find them and have to physically find them and request them to come. If there was a seperate HCA call buzzer in the patient room and a seperate HCA counter the service would be much better.right now food requests and HCA requests have to go through the nurses which is literally a waste of the nurses time and not efficient
So i goto the entrance and tell the security patient is being discharged today
Security guard asks for discharge summary!! You f*** you only get discharge summary as after you make the payment at the billing department!!!
Then if tells me to talk to his supervisor in the cabin.an only guy really slow at doing thing .so i have to wait for 5 minutes .then he phones the nurse to ask if today patient is being discharged.then he says go in!!
There has to be an easier system for people to go in and get billing for the patient.it is not alway the red 24 pass holder w
Life is made hell for patients as they won't even allow the patients to goto the billing department without approval.with only one red card and the attendant has to stay with the patient it is really difficult to make payment for the patient.

No food for patient available in the room.this means they need to go down and leave the patient unattended as the hospital only issues one red 24 hours pass.so there is no option to keep a replacement.
Kdha could become so much better by investing more in digital.like a digital order option for relatives to order food from the ground floor canteen and medicine from the pharmacy
Nurses laughing and talking loudly and ignore the patient in the bed.lady is shouting ho away from here you are disturbing me.
So a patient is told verbally on the course of action but cannot see the patient reports?? Wtf****
Staff says this is the emergency!! Like this is Sparta!!! There will be noise live with iti told the intern that the patient was a former doctor

Looks like a lot of relatives are saying the patients cannot sleep due to the constant chatting. By the nurses the whole night.they could easily chat in the hall and not in the room
Most of the doctors or nurses in the icu are not wearing masks? A few relatives are coughing like crazy all the time and not wearing masks
Nothing is told to the relative not even the kokilaben hospital icu visiting timings.they just need to figure it out.
The upper berth is super difficul to climb onto or climb onto.iys the design of the ladders.it does not reach the floor.also it does not have holds like in the trains.
Nights are hell
The security guard keeps announcing the room number for which the relative is needed. I don't understand why all 100 relatives need to hear unrelated room numbers.why can't they just call the relatives phone or sms??

I see two three relatives in the 10 floor relatives waiting room after the guest visiting timings that means security is not checking the single red security pass given only to one relative per patient.
Icu is a nightmare both for the patient and the patients relatives.the hospital for some reason does not allow patients to bring in a pillow.security lady - " use your bag as a pillow"
Icu waiting room is the worst .it's like a train station.continous loudspeaker announcement.also my bed had someone's luggage just like an Indian train where unregistered people take registered people's bed .now i can't sleep as some has taken my bed illegally and security says they can't do any thing.
So finally found the culprits who had stored their bags . They like a f** railway station says there is no fixed berth given to icu patients relatives. . finally he relented and moved his luggage.managemnt needs to make this clear.tbe icu waiting room is truly like a train station in india.no rules
Nurses are not trained they feel oxygen saturation they feel if patient is sleeping saturation will fall
One thing which I could not figure out is how to order food for the attendant.the Cisco internal phone does not have any list of the kitchen/ catering department.
You really have to walk a lot to find the femal hcas .it's really hard :(.....

Kokilaben hospital really should get pr customer service managers for each floor like nanavati.very difficult to get information about surgery time.
Shortage of attendants available at care 24. a few years ago it was very fast in fact in four hours you were able to provide
Tried portea for an attendant at 11 pm .rep says customer service rep will call at 8 am and only he can give info.no info on the site on the attendant rates
There are two nurses counters.they need to inform the patient on which counter are they assigned to.

There seems to a shortage of female HCA health care attendant. Just two on the whole floor. The female hcas need to trained to not shout at the patient and be more patient and understanding.Ideally fir such a large floor 5-10 would be ideal .
The portable commode is nice
