Suprising no wait time and operator took the appointment fast.very impressed with the improvement.

All 4 agents were present on the 1st floor for billing .very rare and I'm happy as billing went fast.

So today I tried again 3.5.2024. 02242696969 at 11.16 . message wait time 3 minutes. After 5 minutes an American recording comes on . please leave a voice message.

Wait time to get an appointment 6.3.2024 is 4 minutes!!! 02242696969

improvements in the general opd first floor. the two ladies at the reception has started managing the doctors queue so no one goes out of turn .
