Disorganised follow up

There is no system at this small clinic at mahim .the lady tells us come at 2pm .at 1.40 the clinic is not open
The watchman can see disabled people standing outside but does not care.
The receptionist says people have booked a month in advance and there is no appointment system wtf!! This is crazy!!

So this receptionist call 10-15 patients all at 2 pm ??? Wtf???3pm still sitting waiting .can see many who came later getting in before us.no transparency in2016.all appointments should be online

2.32 and the doctor has not reached!! I hate it when patients are called earlier and the doctor has not arrived
