The billing department is still slow as not everything is digital online.so they need to wait till the nurses send the bills then the materials bill from it and God knows where!!!
The billing staff could do with come customer care training. Just because you are billing does not mean you do not polish your customer and communication skills and talk like government staff
Because the system is not digital the billing Dept still will make you do rounds up and down to ask the nurse counter to sent the bills and what not
It's pretty sad to see the running around to get and give physical bills for discharge.
The cashier counter is under staffed .if there is a lot of money counting the wait time could be substantial
