Orthopedic doctor mis diagnosing muscle tear

So a patient goes to an orthopedic doctor and he says you have frozen shoulder and need physiotherapy. After all the physiotherapy pain still exists ortho didn't ask for even an x-ray.
Second orthopedic days x-ray of shoulder he was director of some medical college.he touches the deltoid muscle and says uric acid..
Finally patient gets MRI which confirms muscle tear.wtf is wrong with doctors???
