Went to emergency after Doppler test with block.

12.30

Emergency doctor calls vascular specialist.

Going to give blood thinner

Do 2d echo.

1.39 still waiting at the emergency to know the next steps.

Doctors assistant comes at 2.30.

5.14 still waiting for a room in the emergency !!

8 hours sitting in the emergency for a room.this is crazy.that too in the biggest hospital in Mumbai!!

Finally got a room at 6.25 pm .

Found out the patient in the same room had the same experience as they had to wait 8 hours also .

Another odd thing is that they want to see the rt PCR of the covid positive test done in January .if there is a positive test they will not redo rtpct on the patient and are not interested to know the patient has taken both vaccines.

The problem with kokilaben hospital unlike Nanavati is they do not have a guest relations manager who helps the patient find simple things like 1)how to order food - what number to press.

The other problems is getting a 24 hr attendant.the security says you need to inform the nurse.the nurse says the attendant has to use the same pass as the relative. 

The nurse showed two agencies 

Complete health care

1400 24 hours

800 12 hour shift 

Educated personel who have done a course according to Mr matthew.only odd thing is there is only a phone number no address.

Kokilaben hospital looks a Little less crowded today.the bed in twin sharing room did not get full.

It got full at 12 pm

Went to the reports counter on the ground floor.lady says collect ct Scan for the first floor.onbtge first floor lady says ct done on the 18th you will only get it today evening!! Now this is the coordination in one of the best hospitals in mumbai.you can imagine the other substandard hospital how much hell patients have to go through.and government hospitals I can't even imagine!!!

The security at the door at kokilaben hospital are really dumb .I really blame their supervisor.anyone going into the hospital needs a pass.

Security: where are you going

Me: billing department

Security: show me your pass

Me in my mind : you f**## pass is only to go to the patient room.i am going to pay the patient bill . There is also opd department here you f***". The supervision really needs to post security guards at the patient lift and ask for the pass .not at the freaking main gate
