20 years of tinnitus

It started after a month of scuba diving.i had difficulty equalizing in the sea.and it became worse and permanent after a painful last molar extraction.

Lots of ents prescribed anti depressants which did not work.
Only the doctor at holy family Dr Alan pointed out it was due to improper draining of the eustachian tube due to infection in the sinus after facial x-ray.

But 5 years on I still have it.it gets worse after dental work and I have difficulty keeping my mouth open.

Orthodontist said I have TMJ . but mri did not show much
