The place is pretty crowded and limited seating at 10.20.also this place is inside the health check up department so it's even more crowded with the corporate checkup people in their check up robes

10.40 still waiting for the doctor. This is the worst part.

Because the sms from the hospital says

The appointment is confirmed for Date: 17/11/2021 Time: 10:20AM for Consultant Name : Dr. Kindly be available 15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. If you are visiting the hospital, only one relative is allowed.

Opg x-ray of full mouth 700 . X-ray department on the other side. Big line at the x-ray department 11.15 am

The worst part of the x-ray department is the seating which is away from the counter where they call your name. I knew this and was waiting T the table.nurse:please sit we will call you. All the chairs close to the x-ray counter are full!!! So we sat further away.now a child is screaming on top of his lungs in some kinda pain.after 20 minutes we go to counter.at the opg technician says "why did you not come earlier you nane was called many times!!" 

Me in my mind "You f**** you don't how the x-ray department is designed and how patients cannot hear their name called after all this time???"

11.40 got opg x-ray done.

12 completed dental checkup .

Saw a lady hopping from the gate to the emergency.they should keep wheelchairs at the gate no 2.
