visit to kokilaben hospital 10th nov 2021

Booked a appointment with r shekar one day in advance

On reaching the hospital the guards are a bit better .they don't ask stupid questions to opd patients like where is your pass!!

Now it's difficult to find out where this r shekar sits.

Paid 2000 rs as opd charges appointment was for 10.30. on reaching the 2nd floor dibetology department lady says doctor is in the ot and you got a call on the change of timings to 1 pm. 

Found the number 022 2271920000  on calling this number I get this number does not exist.wtf!!!!!

Time and money waste

Came back at 2 pm still have to wait

Payment amis very very slow on the 2nd floor

Though there were 4 reps only 2 terminals were manned. Again lack of supervisor is the cause.

Again a painful wait for payment at the payment desk on the second floor

The opd lifts are a mess .it took 30 minutes to go from the 2nd floor to the ground floor as the liftman manually bypasses the second floor.again this is due to a lack of supervisor/supervision and crowd monitoring and flow.even though all floors have cctv it is not used to the best .
